A webinar is due to take place next week on the use of adaptations as part of a rehabilitation plan for stroke patients.
Hosted by Closomat, the webinar will also consider the application of long-term conditions in relation to adaptations and rehabilitation.
According to NICE, 110,000 people in England, 11,000 people in Wales and 4,000 people in Northern Ireland have a first or recurrent stroke each year.
Most people survive a first stroke but often have significant morbidity. More than 900,000 people in England are living with the effects of stroke.
The event will therefore discuss adaptation considerations specific to recovery and rehabilitation.
It will take place on July 15 at 11am. To register your interest, click here.
