Mobility retail company Snowdrop Independent Living has launched a 360 virtual scooter test drive as the first phase of the digital experience it is introducing for customers.
The 360 video, which is one of three customer videos released by the retailer, enables mobile phone users to turn their phones side to side to simulate the first-person view while driving a scooter.
The video is designed to replicate the showroom test drive in a digital form.
Sophia Wu, Marketing Manager, said: “I am always impressed by how knowledgeable our retail staff are and I think this video captures and translates the experience really well.”
Penarth Branch Manager, Lynne Jakeway, added: “Our customers’ safety is our priority so we want to take every opportunity to communicate both the safety and benefits of our products.”
The video is a virtual experience and offers general advice you would receive at any Snowdrop Independent Living showroom.
