TradePoint magazine closes down

TradePoint magazine has stopped publishing and trading amid increasing costs.

2A Publishing Ltd released a statement on TradePoint’s website informing clients and readers that it will stop publishing with “immediate effect”.

It said due to “ever-increasing paper prices and rising distribution costs it has no longer become financially viable” to continue publishing the magazine.

The statement added: “Publishers of the magazine 2A Publishing Ltd, regret that they have had to take this decision and would like to thank the clients and customers that have supported TradePoint Magazine throughout its lifespan.”

2A Publishing said that closure will not incur any job losses or financial difficulties.

It said it will now focus on its other titles which include PosAbility Magazine and The OT Magazine.
