Topro is the latest in a number of firms to release a statement to customers and the industry amid coronavirus concerns.
It aimed to reassure the industry that the firm is “very much open for business.”
The statement reads: “We would like to reassure all our valued retailers across the UK along with the many Healthcare Professionals we work with that Topro Limited is still very much open for business despite the extremely challenging times we are all experiencing.
“Whilst our Account Managers are currently home based, they are available to answer any questions from retailers or their customers and are also happy to Skype anyone who has a technical issue which may be resolvable through a video conversation.”
It added: “With regards to stock, we have been preparing for this eventuality for some time and have plenty of stock availability at our Midlands based distribution centre and we are still looking to achieve delivery within 24 to 48 hours of an order being placed. However, we would ask retailers for their patience should there be a slight delay due to the current extraordinary circumstances.”
