Top home improvement agencies shortlisted for national housing awards

Ten Sub Prime Hot Spots Revealed In Poll

Some of the top-performing home improvement agencies and individuals involved in the sector have been shortlisted in a national awards programme recognising firms and organisations going above and beyond.

Foundations, the national body for home improvement agencies, received a record-breaking number of entries this year for the National Healthy Housing Awards, which are revealed in September.

The group said that the number of “outstanding entries” are testament to the standard of service offered by the sector and said that the judges were “very impressed” by the nominations.

By including more categories this year, Foundations has been able to recognise a wider range of contributions from individuals and services that support people to live more independently and make a difference to their lives.

Paul Smith, director of Foundations, said: “We’re really excited to host these awards, and judging by the number of entries it seems to have caught the imagination of the sector too.

“It was great to read so many examples of people going the extra mile, but also made it really difficult to pick our finalists. We look forward to seeing the finalists in September.”
