TGA promises ‘more tailored service’ to ‘the right mobility dealers’


Mobility scooter supplier, TGA, has promised a ‘more tailored service’ for dealer partners in the central region of the UK as part of its restructuring and streamlining process.

The company has appointed a new business development manager, purposely selected from outside of the mobility sector, who is tasked with making things easier for dealers in East Anglia, the Midlands and Wales.   

Ryan Curtis said that he will aim to support the “right dealers” who are delivering TGA’s brand “in the right way”.

He added that for the majority of his career he has “focused on listening to the needs of clients and delivering pro-active solutions for greater value”.

Curtis said: “I’m now responsible for serving valued dealers across the country from East Anglia, Midlands to Wales, I intend to build upon this commitment and forge stronger relationships with dealers.”

“I have not been with the business long however I am already fully versed in its ethics and customer focused commitment.

“So many businesses say they do this but they do not. TGA delivers on its promises and continues to streamline and restructure services so it is as easy as possible to deal with.

“We understand saving dealers’ time is more important than ever before especially when you consider the challenges of the high street.

 “It was a pleasure to meet several dealers in my region at Trade Days and I appreciated the positive response regarding the quality of our product range.

“As TGA moves forward with a reinvigorated team and approach, I believe even more success awaits for our trade customers.”

TGA has experienced 30% growth in the last two years.
