TGA lands mobility scooter order from National Trust property

TGA has been selected to provide mobility scooters to a leading National Trust property in Suffolk.

The company, which is based in nearby Sudbury, will supply four Breeze S4 mobility scooters to Ickworth House, a neoclassical country house open to the public.

The 8mph scooters will give visitors who have mobility challenges the chance to explore the sprawling 1,800-acre estate at their own leisure.

TGA managing director, Daniel Stone, told the local Bury Press that the company was “honoured” to win the order.

“Our Breeze scooters will provide a safe and assured driving experience for visitors so they can discover all the delights of Ickworth independently or alongside their family,” he said.

The paper noted how the Breeze scooters rose to fame following their appearance on BBC TV’s Top Gear programme when it won the extreme mobility scooter challenge.
