The accessibility of video-on demand and streaming services is being assessed in a new major survey.

With the pandemic having doubled use of video-on demand and streaming services, the Research Institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) is asking how accessible are they for disabled viewers?

The RiDC is asking people for feedback on their experiences of using services such as BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub and Netflix by Friday, 1 October.

Completing the online survey not only gives providers essential information about the needs of viewers but also puts participants into the draw to win one of five £50 high street shopping vouchers.
