Sunrise brings the market up to speed on new mobility innovations

Sunrise Medical will be catching up on a year’s worth of product updates and news that it couldn’t showcase last year.

It is planning some major product releases that take innovation to the next level, which the company says is all part of its ongoing mission to improve people’s lives.

Visitors will be able to see the QUICKIE Nitrum, its new energy efficient wheelchair with aerospace-inspired oval tubing that’s lighter, stiffer and stronger like no other.

The QUICKIE Q300 M Mini will also be on display. At just 520mm, it is Sunrise’s narrowest mid-wheel drive powerchair with a turning circle of just 1200mm, making it nimble in crowded places.

It is joined by the QUICKIE Q50 R, a premium, space-saving powerchair that folds easily in seconds to the size of a suitcase. Q50 R can deliver a whopping 50km range from a single charge thanks to its Lithium Ion battery.

Elsewhere, Sunrise will be outlining the Empulse F55 – a perfect wheelchair add-on that makes tired arms a thing of the past – and the Q700, its most advanced wheelchair with a biomechanical seating system. The company will be offering free on stand, no obligation assessments with its team of experts with dealers from throughout the country.
