STORE TOUR: First look inside Easy Living Mobility’s new Lichfield branch

Easy Living Mobility 8

A year-long project to find out what customers really want from their local mobility store will now be put into practice by Easy Living Mobility following the relocation of its Lichfield branch to much larger premises.

Easy Living’s Emily Griffiths admits the firm considers itself lucky to be able to expand its retail space during such strange times, but expects the move to the new City Arcade store to be well-received by customers.

“Over the last 12-18 months we have been speaking to our customers and listening to what they want from their local mobility store,” she explained.

“We are now able to give them just that: a larger showroom with better product availability,  a greater range of product lines to allow customers more choice and a larger area to demonstrate products.

“We feel these improvements will create a superior shopping experience for both our new and existing customers.”
