Stanley climbs high with new equipment for mobility industry

Stanley is demonstrating three new and innovative products for the mobility industry at Naidex this week, two of which are bespoke wheelchair stairclimbers.

The Jolly secures a traditional wheelchair onto its frame and uses a tracking motion to transport persons up and downstairs, whereas the Tolo machine is purposely built to overcome architectural barriers.

The last product is the NuDrive. By attaching a lever to each wheel in a matter of seconds, this new technology changes the typical steering of a wheelchair to a pushing motion.

Each product improves user movability and physical well-being.

Members of Stanley’s Luton-based team are at the show all week to demo the equipment to users and dealers.
