Winter is traditionally a tough period for mobility retailers but mobility scooter manufacturer, TGA, is running an initiative this week it said is designed to boost profitability for dealer partners.
It will be launching its Black Friday deals initiative in two days but discounts will only be revealed to dealers who phone TGA sales managers on the day.
TGA’s trade sales managers will be standing by on Friday to answer calls and reveal offers across the brand’s scooter range.
Tim Ross, TGA’s national sales manager, said: “During 2018 TGA has focused on enhancing value to our dealers through a unique package of support.
“We understand the challenges of high street retail so continue to ensure sustainable sales through the supply of popular, quality and reliable scooters.
“Our one-off Black Friday deals will push this value even further so dealers can strengthen profitability through the winter months and into 2019.”
Black Friday is expected to generate £2.4bn in spend this year across sectors and mobility suppliers and dealers alike will be looking to capitalise.
