The Mayor of Farnham, Councillor Mike Hodge, will be officially opening the new-look store and will be joined by several charities and companies supporting TGA, including Motability.

Autochair will be demonstrating their latest range of scooter car boot hoists and a selection of adapted wheelchair accessible vehicles will be on show.

Daniel Stone, TGA’s managing director, said that the opening of the rebranded and remodelled showroom is about being “more customer-centric”.

“Our team and original store was welcoming and easy to access, however here at TGA, we are always looking to enhance service even further. This is why we have improved our front door access along with lighting, showroom layout and decor – resulting in a better customer experience, irrespective of ability.

“This coincides with our new status as a dementia-friendly business that carefully considers showroom design in accordance with recommendations from the Alzheimer’s Society. From an overall reassurance point of view, our Farnham showroom now displays the TGA name which is synonymous with outstanding service and customer satisfaction across the UK.

“This will give all locals, living with restricted mobility, the confidence to venture outdoors or enjoy greater independence at home through ownership of quality, dependable products.”
