Able2 is the only company distributing Trustcare products in the UK market.
That’s the statement that has been made by Scandinavian mobility manufacturer Trustcare after Able2 reported confusion over distribution among its customers.
Managing director Mark Diaj said there has been “some confusion” with customers as regards to distribution so the company wanted to clarify the situation.
It was reported recently that a separate UK supplier had struck a distribution deal with Trustcare but this is now being disputed. AMP is waiting on comment from the concerned parties.
A statement on Able2’s website reads: “Trustcare one of the leading companies within the design and innovation of aids for the elderly.
“We would like to clarify the confusion regarding the distribution of its products in the UK and Eire markets.
“Able2 is the only company distributing Trustcare’s products in the UK and Eire.”
Able2 said it has been distributing Trustcare products since its launch in 2007.
The statement added: “Over that time Able2 have built up the brand and awareness of the product range to their customers.
“Trustcare have worked closely with the team of Able2 and regard them as key partners into the UK and Eire market now and in the future.”
Trustcare designs and manufactures the Let’s Go rollator range, the Let’s Race mobility scooter and the Let’s Relax range of bathroom stools, among other products.
