Sales have increased as Better Mobility moves its main business, offices, warehouse and hire equipment to a new 3600sq ft premises.
The firm says the move, which was finally completed a few months ago, has allowed it to better serve customers and in turn, has seen an increase in sales.
It says in making the move, it has been able to add a modern, purpose designed assessment room, fully accessible washroom, with a range of aids fitted, including a fully automated toileting system for their convenience and for trial purposes.
Better Mobility detailed how there is now also ample parking and a large paved outdoor area for trying new products, and adjustments to their chairs and also described how the extra space has allowed the team to be more efficient for customers and hold more hire and demonstration stock for ready availability.
The team at Better Mobility are also enjoying the new space, with spacious offices, work areas, and meeting rooms.
Commenting on the move, Jeanette Warner, director, said: “After many years of cramped quarters, and making do, our search for the perfect property for our business to move forward finally came to an end earlier this year. The move to a bigger premises was highly strategic, and has delivered better than we even imagined.”
Adding: “Sales have increased greatly, efficiency and profitability are both increased as well, staff morale is even higher than usual and this has set us up well for our next planned steps to grow the business and serve our customers even better.”
Looking ahead, Warner went on to confirm how the team is exploring further avenues of growth.
One of these is the imminent launch of an exclusive Better Mobility package, working with Progeo Italy on the Joker, and with Ottobock UK on the Ego wheelchair.
Warner has been building the business for a number of years and this is the latest step in the company’s success.
