Ropox to showcase bathroom portfolio at Naidex

FINAL optimized

Leading specialists and producers of assistive devices and furniture for people with disabilities, Ropox, will be exhibiting examples from its portfolio of accessible bathroom solutions at Naidex next month.

Solutions including the recently launched QuickWash basin along with the Changing Tables and Toilet Lifter, which is compatible with the Geberit AquaClean Mera shower toilet, will be on show at stand F122.

The height adjustable QuickWash basin comes forward from the wall meaning the user does not have to bend or reach from their wheelchair which can cause a negative effect on their posture.

Requiring no electrics, the QuickWash is easy to install and when in the initial up position, the 500mm wide basin’s projection off the wall is 530mm and 630mm when lowered.  For wheelchair users, the basin can be lowered from its fixed point by 140mm and out from the wall by 100mm making it the ideal solution as they often have difficulty reaching a standard basin.

The Ropox mobile shower/changing bed is height adjustable and has been designed to make changing safe and comfortable for the user and their carer.

The smooth electric height adjustment enables the carer to obtain the best possible working condition while the flexible slats ensure the user is comfortable at all times. There are two versions available – a folding nursing bench which has a 70cm height adjustment or a moveable bench which has a 40cm height adjustment. Cleaning the mobile shower/changing bed is very easy, and to save space, the wall mounted version can be folded up against the wall when not in use.

To assist with toileting, Ropox has developed the Toilet Lifter which lifts and lowers the user to and from a standing position. The ergonomic design of the unit and the integrated height adjustable arms ensure it is both easy to use and clean and helps the user maintain their dignity.
