Rollz Mobility has announced the launch of its new online retailer support service, allowing customers to communicate with the company at this challenging time.
In a bid to maintain communication channels during the coronavirus crisis, a member of the Rollz team will be on hand for Skype appointments.
During these virtual meetings, retailers will be able to request live Rollz Mobility product demonstrations and ask questions via the new online service.
Rollz International CEO Arian Muis commented: “Despite the UK being in a state of lockdown we know there will still be retailers out there who are receiving enquiries from customers and we will do everything we can to help resolve these despite being unable to meet face to face.”
Appointments can be arranged by emailing Rollz UK.
The company also adds that it has a YouTube channel which gives extensive details on its full product range.
CEO Arian Muis concluded: “Rollz Mobility UK is very much still open for business and we would like to reassure our retailers that due to forward planning we have more than adequate stock availability and can deliver Rollz and Saljol rollators direct to either the retailer or their customer within the UK.”
