As the Queen’s official pharmacist, John Bell & Croyden holds both the ultimate honour but also a huge responsibility for quality service.
Heading up its operations, Robin Winfield is tasked with ensuring the London-based store, which stocks a wide range of mobility aids, steps up to meet its high expectations.
Robin is the current caretaker for the 200-year-old business and feels it is part of the fabric of London’s rich history of health and wellbeing. Robin recently oversaw a complete refit of the store and worked hard to turn the tiring shop into a retail outlet fit for royalty.
“The new look and feel not only represents our brand’s heritage, but with our interactive fixtures and fittings, and the introduction of new services and product ranges, we offer a premium shopping experience for the modern customer,” says Robin.
He is undoubtedly set on ensuring John Bell & Croyden remains a luxurious environment where customers not only want to visit for the experience but also for the high level of assistance and rich product offering.
Robin is also fully aware that recent funding cuts have left the sector feeling battered and bruised. Through the new store, Robin is hoping to show the business can engage with patients in different ways and offer them a memorable shopping experience.
