Securing TGA Dealer of the Month status for the second time in February, Ken Meister, owner of Total Mobility, knows a thing or two about selling scooters.
As the very first winner of the manufacturer’s partner award back in 2013, Ken has a strong history working alongside the scooter supplier and has not let his foot off the pedal in the last few years.
Having shown consistent commitment to sales and service, Ken has helped to drive growth in his business, with TGA at the vanguard.
Although Ken attributes much of the success to son-in-laws Luke Stannard and Chris Brown, he no doubt remains the driving force for the Hampshire-based outfit’s scooter success.
“By working closely with TGA and positioning their products as our flagship models, they have been able to help us offer more to customers such as extended three-year warranties which are big plus. We are always 100% focused on individual customer needs. We believe reputation is everything, this is why we only stock quality products,” he says.
In addition to product focus, Ken has ensured that the service side of the business provides customers with high-quality back-up and support, which has been central to growth and laid the foundations for future expansion.
