Permobil powers up for growth with clear corporate promise

Permobil

Permobil has unveiled a new corporate promise and unified global website as it looks to build on the values that have seen it provide advanced assistive solutions to the market for more than 50 years.

The new brand promise – ‘Innovating for Individuals’ – is designed to reflect Permobil’s focus on solutions beyond the hardware, including advanced software, services and a holistic view of quality over the product lifetime.

It comes as the firm prepares to launch its much-anticipated Explorer Mini in selected countries in Europe during the coming months.

“Our users have the right to hardware, services, and connectivity of the same standards as they meet in other areas of their everyday lives,” said Bengt Thorsson, CEO of Permobil.

“We develop personalised assistive solutions tailored to meet the user’s day-to-day reality, and offer increased function with hardware, accessories, and connectivity. This raises the expectations on future products, and we are prepared to fulfill them with the combined passion for our users and the possibilities that digitalization and Artificial Intelligence create.

“We’re excited to see where this new decade takes us, in terms of developing technology and applying it to the benefit of our end-users.”

Mr Thorsson said the business is focused on understanding the needs of users, building on insights from clinical evidence and getting feedback from individuals themselves.

Its new core values – user first, trusted, leading, and passionate – reflect the driving forces behind its mission of supporting individuals to live their lives to the fullest.

To better meet the needs of a global market, the company has also launched an updated corporate website, which unites all the websites from different regions under a single address.

The website showcases the company’s advantages and competitive strengths with some of the top names in complex rehab.
