Ottobock has launched two new models in its Juvo powerchair range, which entered the market last year.
The range now includes a mid-wheel drive option and a new entry-level model, the B4.
The powerchairs are designed to combine reliability, safety and design with multiple options that can be tailored to the individual user.
There are numerous hoices including options for front or rear-wheel drive depending on the needs of the individual. The existing Juvo B5 and B6 models are now available in mid-wheel drive.
The new mid-wheel drive option offers good driving characteristics for all fields of application, with single-wheel suspension and torsion drive system for an intuitive drive type.
Building on the success of the B400 powerchair the, rear-wheel drive Juvo B4 is the entry level model in the Juvo range, using the components of the Juvo family.
This makes spare parts management and retrofitting extremely straightforward, flexible and economical – for example in case of reuse.
Thanks to its modular design and the available options, there are numerous possibilities for assembling a modern, customised device.
The full Juvo range, including Mid Wheel Drive options and the new B4 will be displayed at Ottobock’s stand at Naidex this week at the NEC, Birmingham.
Ottobock and Recare have joined forces for Naidex and will bring together Recare’s expert team and Ottobock’s state-of-the-art mobility technology.
