Yorkshire Care Equipment has taken on two new members of staff to help it keep up with demand and help bolster is customer service proposition.
Ben Stirling and Miles Sadler have joined the dealer to help the company to continue growing and to maintain its service standards.
Stirling will be working in the sales team while Sadler has joined as a service engineer.
Stirling said: “Given my short time here I am still learning a lot, but I see great opportunity in supporting and supplying national care home groups and private loan stores, not to mention hospitals nationwide.
“My job is to reach out to various care services such as nursing homes, loan stores and hospitals promoting our range of products designed with them in mind.
“Yorkshire Care pays great attention to problems identified in the industry and has designed equipment to resolve these issues. We aren’t afraid to change and improve products where necessary to ensure customers get what they need from their equipment.
Yorkshire Care hopes with Striling it can expand into more nursing homes, loan stores, and hospitals with its own brand of products, including the Raizer, the Lento care chair and the ProSpec hospital chair.
Sadler will be taking care of maintenance or repairs of all kinds of equipment in the dealer’s service department.
Yorkshire Care’s managing director, Tristan Hulbert, said: “With Ben working on sales and Miles as an engineer, we’re making sure that our customers are getting the best service and the best advice possible.
“Even though we’re a growing company, our slogan is still ‘taking special care of you’, which goes for both our new clients and our existing ones.
“We’re very excited to have Ben and Miles join our team and they’re both settling in great. I’m sure that they won’t be our only new recruits this year with the way things are going.”
