Invacare has announced a range of new active chairs from its brand, Küschall, which are designed to be lighter and offer strong drive performance and style.
The Küschall Champion SK is designed to be sleek, smart and lightweight and features a unitque folding frame. It reduces down to a compact size – the same height as an A4 folder – make it the smallest folding wheelchair on the market to transport, the firm says.
It has a wide range of adjustments, options and accessories and is aimed at active people, designed to perform in demanding environments.
The Küschall K-Series has a minimalist frame and the latest upgrade has made a number of changes including reduced weight on several components, bringing the overall weight to 5.2kg, excluding the wheels.
Meanwhile, the max user weight has increased from120kg to 130kg, giving customers greater choice.
The new R-Series, developed from the original R33 concept, has the added option of a shock absorber that reduces bumps and impacts from uneven surfaces.
