Motability has updated its FAQs as it looks to help customers post-lockdown.
The organisation has been regular in its news releases over the pandemic, ensuring everyone stays up to date and informed with what the scheme is doing and offering.
It recently sent customers a £50 insurance-based refund due to a large drop in claims due to minimal usage throughout lockdown.
After a period in which it could not do business, earlier this month new customers were able to place orders with Motability from July 1.
This followed existing customers been able to place orders from June 8, giving staff time to deal with a backlog before a new influx.
Now, in its latest release, Motability further addresses how the scheme and its customers will move forward.
