Motability has confirmed that the Government announcements regarding COVID-19 are having a major impact on the Scheme.
Most dealership showrooms are now closed meaning they are unable to accept any orders, manage handovers, or car returns.
In a release online, Motability explained that with the uncertainty that this is creating for many, it wanted to reassure customers that it will support them where possible to help them remain mobile during this time.
Motability teams have now relocated to enable remote working, but like many organisations, it is working with fewer numbers of colleagues.
Due to this, Motability is asking for the community’s support if it is unable to come back as soon as usual.
