Mobility shop confirms closure following creditor meeting

A mobility equipment seller in Essex has appointed liquidators to sell the business’s assets and pay its creditors off.

Mobility and Care Ltd’s creditors met earlier this month to decide on the future of the Grays-based business and whether it would enter the voluntary winding up process.

The company was incorporated three years ago by John Greenan and its website is now down.

The company has received a number of reviews on Google in recent weeks from customers claiming they have been unable to contact the firm.

Business recovery firm, DCA, which is dealing with the case, has declined to comment. AMP has been unable to reach Mobility and Care Ltd for comment.
