An 89-year-old woman has been taken to hospital after a collision involving a mobility scooter.
As reported by the Caerphilly Observer, the mobility scooter was been driven by an elderly man at the time.
The crashed caused the woman a shoulder injury, resulting in her hospitalisation.
At the scene on Cardiff Road at around 3pm on Wednesday, the Welsh Ambluance Service quickly responded.
Following the incident, a spokesperson for the service confirmed it “responded with one rapid response vehicle and one emergency ambulance”.
