Midlands-based retailer, Mobility & Lifestyle, is on the hunt for new staff to bolster its service and sales departments prior to implementing its expansion plans.

The dealership is seeking experienced mobility industry professionals to join its team and says it “requires sales superstars” for the retail side of its business and “technical guru’s” for the service side of the business.

New recruits need to have experience in the mobility industry, must enjoy meeting people and have an understanding and sympathetic approach towards customers’ needs.

In return the company is offering competitive rates of pay dependent upon experience, 28 days holiday per year (includes bank holidays), a company pension scheme and full systems training.

Mobility & Lifestyle is privately owned by its founders Jason Wittering and Richard Smith. Since the business was the company has now grown into one of the largest independent mobility companies in the Midlands.

The company is a serviced-based firm that now has eight outlets, each with its own loyal customer database producing a combined active customer count of over 30,000.

Every member of its team is trained to offer the best level of customer service and each member of the team has been assigned their own duties and portfolio of customers to enhance the relationship between staff and customers.
