It detailed how it is continually monitoring this guidance and updating and enhancing its own processes where necessary.

Some of the in store changes include hand sanitising and store cleaning, social distancing in stores, PPE for staff, entry and exit routes and contactless deliveries going live.

We’re pleased to say we are able to offer Contactless Deliveries for your Middletons products. When delivering your items, our team will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves and shoe protectors.

Middletons go on to say how customer safety is number-one priority and has therefore taken multiple steps to ensure the delivery of products is as safe as possible.

This includes:

  • Ensuring that you are aware of social distancing guidelines and that you are happy to follow these guidelines when our delivery/installation team arrives with your product.
  • Adhere to the 2m social distancing rules at all times.
  • Ensure that our delivery/installation staff wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival and departure.
  • Use soap, water, hand sanitiser, wipes and gloves where possible in all delivery/home visit vehicles and at entry/exit points to sites. Where available, masks will be used if you request it.
