Mark Bates Ltd is sponsoring the Unsung Industry Hero of the Year category at the first ever AMP Awards to be held on Sunday 7 October at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, on the first night of the Trade Days show.
Mark Bates is a family-run business and has been providing specialist insurance and warranty policies for more than 21 years.
As a business that is built around supporting its customers and protecting end-users, it seems fitting that Mark Bates has chosen to sponsor the industry’s unsung heroes.
The company was founded by Mark Bates in 1994 with a vision to be the best provider of insurance for the disabled and over 50s.
The organisation has built its foundation on looking after its customers and aiming to always provide unparalleled levels of service.
Operations director, Bradley Evans, said: “Mark Bates Ltd are proud to recognise excellence in the mobility industry by sponsoring the Unsung Industry Hero of the Year Award.
“The success of every business, including our own, is based upon the talents and dedication of those unsung heroes working tirelessly behind the scenes.”
The Unsung Industry Hero of the Year Award recognises individuals who have been setting an example to the rest of the market and whose individual achievements and approach have helped the businesses they are part of to grow and evolve.
Voting for the AMP Awards closed on Friday and the winner of each category will be revealed at the Awards ceremony on Sunday 7 October.
