Earlier this month, Sheppard appeared at the AMP Awards where she represented the business for being nominated as one of the top retailers in the sector for customer service.

This year, Sheppard has embarked on courses to further improve what the firm offers customers.

Last year People First Mobility was named one of 100 firms in 2017’s Small Business Saturday campaign.

Sheppard has also won a string of Twitter awards and has been recognised by retail entrepreneur and former TV Dragon Theo Paphitis.
