Homelift specialist Stiltz Lifts has been listed among 100 businesses in its local area which have been promoted in an initiative run by the council recognising companies in and around Dudley.
The company is part of the Mayor of Dudley’s ‘100 business pledge’, which looks to celebrate the achievements of businesses in the area.
Councillor Dave Tyler was welcomed by the supplier at its headquarters and praised Stiltz for its performance.
Speaking on the council’s initiative, Mike Lord, chairman of Stiltz Lifts, said: “It was an honour for Stiltz Lifts to welcome the Mayor of Dudley to our Kingswinsford offices. It was a great opportunity for us to show Cllr Tyler what a thriving business we have become in the borough.
“We are growing at our phenomenal rate every year and creating more and more jobs in the area which can only be a positive thing for the West Midlands. We enjoyed sharing our vision for the future with the Mayor who was in awe at what Stiltz Lifts has achieved to date.”
Stiltz has already been ranked as one of Britain’s fastest growing SME exporters after it was listed as seventh in the third annual Sunday Times Lloyds SME Export Track 100 for 2017.
Stiltz employs around 100 staff and recorded total sales of £8.4million last year.
