Koller Engineering, specialists in the design and manufacture of wheelchair accessible vehicle products, has secured a ISO 9001 recertification, a quality mark it has achieved every year for over 20 years.
The certification is a worldwide recognised quality management standard and validates Koller’s ability to exceed the quality expectations and requirements of its customers.
“Every company that has gone through the certification process understands that achieving ISO 9001 is very demanding, but also demonstrates a company’s desire to perform at the highest levels of quality and efficiency,” said Dean Koller, director of Koller Engineering.
“By auditing our processes at every level, we assure our customers are receiving the highest quality products and the highest level of service. We are proud and excited to have earned an ISO 9001 certification again and feel it provides additional assurance to our customers that we are focused on continuous improvement, effective dedication to assuring quality and customer satisfaction.”
For a company to be considered for ISO 9001 certification, it must demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products that both meet customer specifications and comply with regulatory requirements.
In addition, the company must aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of its systems, including the dedication to continuous improvement of their organisation and its processes. All of these factors are tested through a detailed audit.
