Koller received the continued certification upon its annual external audit, showcasing the design and manufacture of precision machined safety restraint components.

Dean Koller, engineering director, said: “We are very pleased to have maintained our certification to ISO 9001:2015 and feel it provides additional assurance to our customers that we are focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. There is a distinct advantage in using suppliers that are ISO 9001:2015 in helping ensure consistent and good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

“For 40 years Koller has provided not only the very best equipment for accessible travel, but also an unsurpassable customer service. This certification provides further proof that we are serious about service and will always strive to deliver quality for our customers.”

The ISO 9001:2015 certification promotes the development of continual improvement, customer satisfaction, traceability and international best practices within. Koller says it aims to provide customers with the highest quality products and service.
