Karma rolls out new version of Flexx wheelchair

Karma Mobility has introduced a new version of the Flexx wheelchair to the market which is specifically adapted to cater for taller users.

The Flexx Tall features a new adjustable seating system which has a maximum seat depth of 18” to 20”, making it more suited to taller users.

Designed with style and adjustability in mind, the Flexx Tall is the latest in the Flexx series of wheelchairs and as with the original model features flip back height adjustable armrests and swing in/out footrest hangers, all of which are designed to be easy-to-use and aesthetically pleasing.

In addition to offering a wheelchair solution for taller users who may have previously had trouble finding a suitable wheelchair, the Flexx Tall caters for users weighing up to 130kg and is available in 16”, 17”, 18”, & 19” seat widths.

The lightweight aluminium frame allows numerous adjustments to enable the user to configure the wheelchair to meet his or her specific requirements. Further levels of user comfort are provided by backrest height and angle adjustment.

Additional features include multiple rear wheel positions, adjustable castor angle, seat depth adjustment and a double cross brace for increased durability.

A heavy duty version is also available in seat widths 20”, 22” & 24” for users weighing up to 170kg.
