To inform the procurement process it is looking to hear from its service users to help it consider how it can deliver a good service for the population.

People who have a long-term need for a wheelchair have been invited to get involved in the process, so that their experiences and feedback can be considered when a new service is designed.

The CCG is running an online survey where people are able to submit their views and opinions on how the service should be run.
