Somerset-based Hickleys Healthcare, established in 1925, specialises in living aids and mobility healthcare products.
As shoppers begin to return to stores it has now expanded with the addition of two more service engineers, new vans and a store front with automatic doors at its extensive Taunton showroom and HQ.
Its Bridgwater showroom now also offers prescriptive mobility products.
Elsewhere, the company revealed that Alex Boon, mobility product specialist, has undergone extensive one-on-one training from Garry Hellings in addition to the manufacturers.

“We are proud to have remained open every day and offered free home delivery to our customers during lockdown which proved very popular.
“Our merger and acquisition of HMS Mobility really has opened up our customer base and market penetration.
“Customers have remained loyal, and we have benefitted from working closely with OT’s, physiotherapists, NHS wheelchair services and several charities.
