Customers of home adaptations provided by Handicare Accessibility and its direct-selling division Companion have rated their experience worthy of the highest service standards, according to review site Feefo.
Handicare has won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for its stairlift and easy bathing solutions delivered in association with Age UK Enterprises.
Meanwhile, Handicare’s direct-selling division, Companion, has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for the second consecutive year.
The Trusted Service awards are an independent seal of excellence recognising businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by customers.
Trusted Service is awarded only to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights and, as such, the accreditation is a true reflection of their commitment to outstanding service.
