Easy Living Mobility meets with potential partners ahead of franchise rollout

Easy Living Mobility has used a national exhibition in Birmingham as a launchpad for a new franchise concept it plans on rolling out across the industry.

The Midlands-based retailer met with a “great number” of potential franchisees from various backgrounds at the National Franchise Exhibition in the NEC, where it was showcasing its package.

Darren Legg, franchise development manager, Easy Living Mobility, said that the show exceeded the company’s expectations and gave it a “great platform on which to launch [its] franchise opportunity”.

He said: “We met with a great number of potential franchisees, all of whom are from varied backgrounds and at different stages in their pathway to becoming a franchisee.

“We were able to have some really good quality conversations to get to understand their ambitions and to talk about how these could be met by them becoming an Easy Living Mobility franchisee.

“A number of people had researched us prior to the show and made a specific visit to come and talk with us and we feel that is a fantastic achievement in itself, especially in such a short space of time.”

Easy Living’s team also engaged with a number of businesses within the franchise industry, including funding banks, consultancy groups and other franchising businesses.

Legg added: “All in all, there was some great feedback from them, and we received a number of comments about the level of vibrancy and proactiveness that they saw from us and how they are all very glad to see a company within the mobility franchising industry offering such a fresh and dynamic approach to the sector.

“They are all looking forward to supporting us and told us that they could see how ambitious we all are in delivering our franchise package and franchisee experience that will be setting new standards.”

Easy Living announced this week that it will be launching a franchise network in the mobility retail sector.

The franchise model is based on reflecting the core trading principles, strategies and brand image Easy Living Mobility has built over the last 18 years.
