DLF announces first workshop for Moving and Handling People conference

Ben Salmen

The Disabled Living Foundation (DLF) has announced its first CPD workshop for the upcoming Moving and Handling People 2022 conference.

Training consultant Ben Salmen (pictured) will host the ‘Risky Business’ Workshop as part of the programme, which will run from 22 to 23 February.

The workshop aims to look at a range of considerations throughout the risk assessment journey from hazard spotting and selecting appropriate solutions to implementing control measures and appropriate recording.

The session will use collaborative working and problem solving to help de-mystify risk assessment and allow you to build upon your experience and inform future practice.
