Creditors to meet to discuss future of Essex mobility trader

The shareholders of a dealer in Grays, Essex, are meeting to discuss the voluntary winding up of the company.

If Mobility and Care Ltd’s bosses vote in favour of winding up later this month it would see all the business’s assets being sold and the creditors paid off.

Mobility and Care was incorporated three years ago by John Greenan and its website is now down.

The company has received a number of reviews on Google in recent days and weeks from dissatisfied customers claiming they have been unable to contact the firm.

Business recovery firm, DCA, which is dealing with the case, has declined to comment. AMP has been unable to reach Mobility and Care Ltd for comment.
