Contract acquisitions and new markets see NRS Healthcare financials soar

NRS Healthcare has seen a turnover and pre-tax profits rise in the year ended 31 March 2019.

In the twelve month period, turnover rose from £165.1m in the previous year, to £184.9m while pre-tax profits also increased from £6m to £9m.

As part of the report on Companies House, NRS Healthcare explained how securing new contracts during the year had helped with its success and growth.

During the period accounted for, the company secured the Oxfordshire ICES contract and sealed extensions in Buckinghamshire, Pan Dorset, Torbay and Brighton & Hove.

The product sales division won and retained business with Hertfordshire County Council, South Tyneside Council, Middlesbrough Council and South Ayrshire.

The company also acquired Complete Care Network in august 2018.

Since that period, the company has been acquired by Graphite Capital.

The company told AMP that it purchased the £165m healthcare firm from H2 Equity Partners for an undisclosed amount in a secondary buy-out.
