The Motability Scheme enables users to exchange all or part of their mobility allowance for a mobility scooter, car or powered wheelchair. 

Prior to lockdown, disabled journalist Ian Cook was tasked with reviewing three of the most popular class 3 scooters on the market: the Electric Mobility Rascal Vecta Sport; the Kymco Maxer 4U; and the Invacare Orion Pro 4.

All three of the scooters are available on the Motability Scheme, with Stechford dealership Ideas in Action supplying the units reviewed.
