Chiptech partners with Nottingham on Call on telecare delivery

Nottingham on Call has appointed Chiptech International Ltd to support its delivery of digital telecare.

Chiptech will now supply Nottingham on Call (NOC) with a brand-new digital alarm product to offer greater reassurance to customers.

The EVA is a digital base unit that provides 24/7 support at home, featuring up to 80 hours battery life, optional voice-guided installation and over 300 metres peripheral range and advanced telecare peripherals.

Users can also pair the EVA with the GO pendant alarm, which Chiptech already delivers for NOC. This means that the GO pendant can function as an all-in-one pendant for use both at home and when out in the community.

Antony Dixon, Head of Nottingham on Call, said: “We have been looking to find products that work with our existing service, help us plan for digital transformation, and offer even greater reassurance to our customers. We’re confident that we have found something special in the EVA and we are very pleased to be working with Chiptech to bring this product to our customers.”

David Hammond, CEO of Chiptech, added:  “We are delighted to be working with Nottingham on Call, who have taken a lead in providing advanced digital telecare and personal safety solutions to their customers.

“Chiptech’s products are designed to support people in their independence and provide them with a feeling of reassurance, whether they are at home or out and about. The first-class service that NOC provides is perfectly aligned with our goals and core values, and we are proud to be working alongside them in this new partnership.”
