Care & Independence bulks up business development team with new hire

Care & Independence has appointed a new manager for its business development team as it looks towards the next stage of growth.

The Class I medical device safe patient moving and handling specialists have welcomed Richard Gomm as business development manager, who will initially be responsible for driving the company’s community equipment store-focused Comfort Value range of products.

With more than two decades working in the medical device industry, his remit will also cover increasing awareness of and access to joint-assessment-led Glove sling and premium showering & bathing ranges.
