Better Mobility swells staff to keep up with sales

Expanding Hemel Hempstead dealership Better Mobility has promoted internally and is planning to bring in more staff as part of its strategy to grow its team to “keep up with sales”.  

Natasha Warner-Mizon, who has worked in the visual merchandise departments of Harrods, Karen Millen, and Tesco head offices, is stepping up after joining her family’s business in 2015 on a temporary basis.

Initially handling accounts payable, administration, and marketing, as the team grew, Ms Warner-Mizon took on more and more responsibility, becoming responsible for HR and customer relations. Upon deciding to stay with the company she eventually took on the role and title of office manager.

Director Jeanette Warner said that with the upcoming appointment of a new power wheelchair seating specialist coming up next month it became apparent that Better Mobility needed someone who could oversee the daily operations of the entire company and be a liaison between the sales, servicing, and office staff.

Ms Warner commented: “We didn’t have to look hard to find the perfect person, and thankfully Natasha decided to accept the position, making her a permanent and integral part of Better Mobility. Of course this means that now not only are we recruiting for additional service engineers but also a full time accounts payable/administration assistant.
