Bespoke Stairlifts has announced a new appointment to its After Sales team.
Damian Clancy joined the West Yorkshire-based business earlier this month, assuming responsibility for Customer Service and After Sales Care.
The news comes after Bespoke announced the appointment of Witold Wawszczak, who has joined the quality assurance side of the business.
The company has also recently hired Peter Osuch as its new supply chain manager.
Commenting on the role, Clancy said: ‘I am so thrilled to be joining Bespoke. To be able to be part of this growing company and be a part of such a personable customer journey is a great opportunity for me.
“The freedoms that Bespoke products allow our customers are second to none and exciting times are ahead as we grow at home and abroad.”
Simon Waddington, operations director, said: “We are committed to delivering a high quality service to our customers and end users; we are proud of the service we provide and as a business always looking to improve the after sales experience so we are delighted to welcome Damian to the Bespoke team.
“Having spent many years in customer services management and after sales care and with his enthusiasm to deliver a fantastic service for our customers we look forward to our after sales team taking this to the next level.”
