“Delivering a great customer experience remains at the forefront of our priorities as we continue our journey to successful, sustainable growth with further investment in our infrastructure and operational services,” he said.

Mr Osuch said he was excited to be joining the business at a time when the company sees some clear growth opportunities in the market.

He commented: “Growth for any company brings many challenges, and challenges create opportunity; the opportunities at Bespoke are huge, enabling us to shape our future and re-evaluate how we work, and how we do that effectively whilst managing and supporting this growth.

“I enjoy change management and am looking forward to working with the team at Bespoke as we grow and refine the business from the ground up.”
