BES Healthcare is set to host the first in a series of webinars focused on early intervention in paediatric and pressure care.
During the event, the founder of BES Healthcare, Dr Barend ter Harr, will discuss standards and approaches to preventing harm before it happens.
He’ll also talk about pressure care and 24-hour postural management to prevent pressure ulcers, and how commercialisation is driving the commoditisation of equipment over clinical need.
BES will be joined by Charlotte Peck from MOVE Europe, who will introduce delegates to the MOVE Programme, a functional mobility programme, and its benefits for early intervention in paediatric care.
Both BES and MOVE are looking to empower care givers and prescribers and give them the knowledge and power to make the best decisions for their clients.
The webinar is focused towards occupational therapists, rehab engineers, physiotherapists, tissue viability, and employees of OT organisations.
The event is free of charge and will take place on the June 24 from 10:00-11:15 am. Click here to sign up.
