Gainsborough Specialist Bathrooms has partnered with CAD software specialist ArtiCAD in a move to improve is design capabilities in the care sector.
Through its G360 service Gainsborough offers bathroom planning and design alongside its UK manufacturing.
With the programming capabilities of BathCAD, part of the ArtiCAD platform, Gainsborough hopes to improve CGI design for healthcare environments bringing greater realism and specification detail.
Peter Eckhardt, CEO at Gainsborough Healthcare Group, said: “As a renowned pioneer within the specialist bathing sector, we are proud to raise the bar once more, this time in bathroom design.
“ArtiCAD ensures our proposition delivers maximum usability for architects and designers whilst healthcare clients can appreciate more clearly the visionary solutions we propose.
“Beautifully rendered visuals in a highly adaptable interface ensures seamless development – ultimately resulting in a better solution both in terms of practicality and aesthetics.”
ArtiCAD allows Gainsborough to work more efficiently with construction professionals with fully compatible files.
Technical accuracy and depth are particularly essential for pre-enablement works which focus on aspects such as utility supply, waste output and ventilation.
By implementing these elements with more precision, installation and commissioning is more efficient. In addition, ArtiCAD provides greater planning capabilities at the design stage so budgets can be managed in a more controlled manner.
